The Institute for Youth Development KULT and NGO and Business Audit d.o.o. Sarajevo will manage USAID’s support to local groups that represent the interests of marginalized populations through the following three activity performance areas:

• provide grants to organizations that advocate for the rights and dignity of underrepresented groups. These include youth, women, disabled persons, the Roma and LGBT communities.

• build the programmatic and financial management capacity of grantees and other local organizations, institutions, and USAID government partners that are promoting the rights and needs of marginalized populations.

• provide humanitarian and/or material assistance to promote the dignity and welfare of marginalized groups during unanticipated events such as disasters.
